Tampa Baes Women’s Boxing Classes
You’ll be participating in women-only group classes designed to build confidence, strength, conditioning, and authentic boxing skills in a supportive environment created for women, by women.
Our Training Focus
Boxing Fundamentals:
Learn proper stance, footwork, defense, combinations, bag work, and partner drills rooted in real boxing technique.
Conditioning:
Improve endurance, stamina, and cardiovascular fitness through high-energy circuits and boxing-focused training.
Strength & Power:
Develop functional strength, explosiveness, and total-body control through resistance and bodyweight movements.
Confidence & Mindset:
Build discipline, resilience, stress relief, and self-confidence inside and outside the gym.
Community:
Train alongside an empowering group of women pushing each other to grow stronger together.
What to Expect
Every workout can be adjusted for all fitness and experience levels — whether you’ve never put gloves on before or already have training experience.
Classes are designed to keep training exciting, engaging, and challenging with constantly varied workouts, partner drills, bag rounds, conditioning circuits, and skill development.
No two classes feel the same, but every session is curated to help you leave feeling stronger mentally and physically.
All classes are coach-led and typically run about 60 minutes, following this general structure:
- Dynamic warm-up
- Boxing technique & movement instruction
- Heavy bag and partner drills
- Conditioning & strength circuits
- Cool down and recovery
A certified coach will guide you through each workout, demonstrate movements, provide modifications when needed, and help ensure proper technique throughout class.
Prerequisites
No boxing or fitness experience needed. Just reserve your first class and show up ready to work. All fitness levels are welcome.
